  • Designs: We are committed to creating designs based on any ideas you propose. Whether it's for a birthday, Christmas, love,... or even unique themes like "Dirty," we will bring your requests to life.
  • Timeframe: You will receive a draft of the 3D pop-up card within 3 days after you submit your ideas for review and execution.
     

  • Confidentiality: Your information will be kept absolutely confidential. You can trust that your designs and information will always be secure.
     
  • Order Quantity: For each new design, the minimum order quantity is 50 cards per new design.

Packaging and Shipping Policy

 

Our packaging and shipping policies are designed to provide you with a smooth and reliable experience from the moment you place your order until the goods are delivered to you. We use high-quality packaging materials and reliable shipping partners to protect the products and ensure timely delivery. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle packaging and shipping.

 


Packaging:
  • Timeframe: Production for 1,000 cards typically ranges from 5-7 working days, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship within a reasonable timeframe. Production capacity is 5 days for 500 cards, 7 days for 1,000 cards, and 25,000 - 30,000 products per month.
     
  • Each order is carefully packaged to ensure that the product is protected during transit. We use bubble wrap for each card and pack 10 cards per bubble wrap pack. Depending on the card thickness, we pack 250-500 cards per box.
     
  • We offer customizable packaging options for all sizes, envelopes, plastic sleeves, and packaging specifications. Please contact us to discuss your preferred packaging details. We are always here to support you.
